Suggested Orders

If suggested orders have been enabled for the company an order can be made by using this function, when configured for a dynamic par the calculation will be based on consumption data along with current stock on hand.

Creating a Suggested Order

Follow these steps to create a suggested order:

1. Click Create Suggested Order

   If this option is not shown suggested order has not been enabled for your company

2. Select a Suppler from the drop down

3. Select a Delivery Date from the calendar

4. Click Calculate Order

5. Review the suggested products and quantities and make any required amendments

6. Add any additional items that were not suggested by using the Product Search tab and add as required

7. When the order is ready either

   • Click Place Order

     or

   • Add to Basket, and complete the order placement from the basket screen

     If Suggested Orders are added to the basket but not placed before the supplier cut-off time passes, these should be recalculated to ensure the contents the delivery are accurate for the next delivery slot
